Linnea’s Candy Supplies, Inc. approached us with a completely custom-coded website that was difficult to update and didn't fully represent their company's longstanding reputation, expertise, and leadership in their field. The goal for the new website was clear: create a more user-friendly platform, improve product visibility, and streamline internal processes for the Linnea’s team.
Key Objectives & Challenges
Improved Product Visibility: The old website led to confusion around the full range of products offered. Our task was to ensure customers could easily discover everything that Linnea’s provides, eliminating the common question, “I didn’t know you sold that!”
Simplified User Experience: We redesigned the site to be intuitive and easy to navigate, enhancing the overall user journey for their customers.
Easier Internal Management: The Linnea’s team was used to specific processes and unique business rules on their old site, so a major challenge was to provide them with an updated platform that also followed best practices for site management. We focused on making it simple for them to update products, process orders, and manage customer accounts with minimal effort.
Post-Launch Results
Revenue Growth: The site contributed to a massive revenue increase, with Linnea’s revenue reaching $881,731.98 in March (compared to $234,388.11 in March 2024) and $730,545.43 in January 2025 (the month before the site launched).
Organic Search Traffic: The month after launch, organic traffic soared, showing a 100% increase year-over-year (from 1,874 to 3,755) and a 51% increase month-over-month (from 2,494 to 3,755).
Stronger Conversion Rates: Key events such as new customer applications saw a 44% increase YOY (23 vs. 16), reflecting better engagement and conversion.
Customer Feedback: The feedback from Linnea's customers has been overwhelmingly positive, with many complimenting the refreshed design and functionality. While there were some growing pains, the improvements were clear and impactful.

Improved Reporting & Revenue Tracking: The new site now allows the Linnea’s team to track detailed revenue data, providing insights into sales performance.
Mailchimp Integration: Seamless integration with their Mailchimp email system allows for more efficient marketing efforts.
