Many businesses mistakenly see a sale as the end of the customer journey, but in reality, it’s just the beginning. After that first purchase, our job is to give them what they purchased, of course. But, to really get the most out of that sale and maximize the lifetime revenue of a customer, we have to continue providing additional value. This builds the trust that ultimately enables retention.
