At the beginning of every quarter, our team goes off-site to discuss our best business and personal news. We also take the time to each say what we feel isn’t working and what is working well in the business.

After this discussion, we create goals to help solve some of these issues to help grow our business as well as helping our clients. It’s a crucial part of our process that has helped us in many ways!

We were very thankful to have this rock setting meeting @ncantonlibrary 🧡
