They initially had different names for the company's two divisions (W3 Global Accounting and W3 Wealth Management with separate websites to match. Once they decided to connect the two divisions under the umbrella of W3 Financial Group, they wanted their website to reflect that new holistic direction to current and prospective clients. They turned to Sanctuary for all new website content, design and development that would modernize their online presence and make it easier for clients to engage with them via various online tools and resources.

When W3 Financial Group came to us, their separate websites for the two divisions of the company lacked cohesion, strong brand identity and opportunities for lead generation.

Some of the key tactics that we employed on this website to drive lead generation included the development of SEO-rich FAQ content with proper schema implementation on the backend, the content creation, design and development of an online accounting assessment, and the implementation of on-site forms to make it easy for prospective customers to submit their information and reach out for more information.

Additionally, our strategist, copywriter and designer collaborated to come up with ways to cross-promote staff and resources throughout the site. For example, the accounting page includes a callout to meet W3’s accountants and links to the staff page. It also has a callout that promotes services from the company's other division, wealth management.
